30 days, full refund
You can return a Rain Pay reader within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the reader price, as long as it is unused and in its original box. There is no restocking fee.
How to return a reader
- Email support@drylinevms.com with your order number and the readers you are returning.
- We reply with the address to send them to.
- Ship them back in the original box. You pay the return shipping.
- Once they arrive unused, we refund the reader price to the card you paid with.
If a reader arrives damaged or does not work
Email support@drylinevms.com right away and we will make it right.

This policy covers the reader. DrylineVMS Core is month to month with no contract; the Terms of Service cover plans.
Shipping
Readers ship from stock to addresses in the United States and arrive in 3 to 5 days. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
